About Us
Five Star Veterans Center is a nonprofit founded in March 2012 to assist veterans in overcoming a variety of challenges such as addiction and financial hardships, and have a specific focus on mental wellness to include Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder and Traumatic Brain Injuries.
Today, up to 40 veterans can reside at Five Star and participate in programs to help them overcome their challenges in life, reenter the workforce, and achieve a sustainable, independent life.

Five STAR Veterans Center is the only residential transitional center for veterans in crisis in Northeast Florida.
Veterans receive a warm welcome and enter into a 12-month program with on-site services that restores their mental and physical health, provides education, job and life readiness preparation, and post-residential support programs to ensure a successful transition to civilian life.
