Within the Baptist Health System in Northeast Florida, she has a proven record of driving operational excellence by leading cross-functional teams to optimize billing, collections and compliance processes ensuring both fiscal strength and compassionate access
to care.  

Story has successfully managed departments in two major hospital systems, Baptist Health in Florida and Children’s Hospital of the Kings Daughter in Virginia.

She has developed and implemented innovative strategies and programs that streamlined workflows, enhanced services, and expanded charitable assistance programs for underserved populations.
